Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based at a Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters café in Hyderabad. The Barista prepares and serves a range of specialty coffee beverages and café menu items, following company recipes and quality standards. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, handling payments, and providing a welcoming, efficient service experience. The role involves operating espresso machines and brewing equipment,



maintaining cleanliness of the bar and seating areas, and following food safety and hygiene practices. The Barista also supports inventory checks, restocking supplies, and may assist in educating customers about coffee origins, brew methods, and Blue Tokai products. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess Barista skills, including espresso extraction, milk steaming, and basic brewing techniques.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to create a friendly, engaging café experience.
• Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to interact with guests and collaborate with team members.
• Candidates should possess Food Preparation skills and an understanding of basic food safety and hygiene.
• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or retail service environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible shifts (including weekends and holidays), and manage a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in specialty coffee, willingness to learn, and openness to ongoing training and skill development.
• Basic math skills and comfort with using POS systems for billing and cash handling.
