Role Description The Executive – MF Operations role is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. The individual in this role will handle day-to-day mutual fund operational activities, including processing transactions, monitoring applications, coordinating with registrars and AMCs, and ensuring accurate data entry and documentation. Responsibilities include resolving client queries related to mutual fund investments, tracking SIPs and redemptions, preparing basic reports on client portfolios, and supporting compliance with regulatory and internal policies. The role also involves maintaining organized records, following up on pending documentation,



and collaborating with sales and advisory teams to ensure smooth end-to-end client servicing. The executive is expected to work with attention to detail, adhere to timelines, and maintain professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders. Qualifications
• Strong operational skills in financial services, particularly mutual fund processing, documentation, and basic portfolio tracking.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), data entry, and maintaining accurate records in back-office or CRM systems.
• Good understanding of mutual fund products, basic investment concepts, and standard regulatory requirements (e.g., KYC, FATCA).
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to handle client queries professionally and coordinate with internal teams.
• Attention to detail, ability to follow processes, and solid time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
• Preferred: Prior experience in mutual fund operations, broking back office, or financial services support functions.
• Preferred: Graduate degree in commerce, finance, business, or a related field; relevant certifications in mutual funds or capital markets are an advantage.
