Role Description The Robotics Instructor will deliver structured robotics and STEM lessons to students, guiding them through concepts such as basic electronics, sensors, programming, and mechanical design. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and preparing lesson materials, conducting interactive classes, supervising lab activities, and ensuring safe use of equipment. The role involves mentoring students on projects, evaluating their progress, providing constructive feedback, and supporting competitions or exhibitions related to robotics. The instructor will collaborate with the academic team to refine curricula,



integrate new technologies, and maintain documentation of student performance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. Qualifications
• Robotics and STEM skills, with the ability to design and deliver hands-on educational activities.
• Programming skills relevant to educational robotics (e.g., block-based coding, Python, C/C++, or similar languages).
• Training and communication skills to facilitate transparent instruction, classroom management, and learner engagement.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in straightforward terms and adapt teaching methods for different age groups and learning styles.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Engineering, Computer Science, Education, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience teaching or mentoring in a school, training center, or similar educational environment is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and administration.
