SurVedaa builds music rooms and jamming studios inside residential projects, giving developers a lifestyle amenity their residents actually use. Role Overview We're looking for a Business Development Manager who has worked closely with real estate developers. You will open doors with builders, pitch SurVedaa as an amenity partner, and take each partnership from first meeting to signed agreement.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and build relationships with builders, developers and their key decision-makers across MMR and Pune
• Pitch SurVedaa as a clubhouse and lifestyle amenity for current and existing projects
• Develop a connector network of architects, interior design firms, project management consultants and clubhouse management companies
• Lead meetings,



presentations and site visits with developer teams
• Negotiate and close partnership agreements, then coordinate handover to the execution team
• Maintain the partnership pipeline in CRM and share weekly progress reports
• Track market trends, upcoming project launches and amenity planning cycles Requirements
• 3–5 years in business development, channel partnerships, corporate alliances or B2B sales with real estate developers
• An active network of builder and developer contacts in MMR and/or Pune
• Proven record of closing B2B partnerships or deals
• Robust communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Comfortable with field meetings and regular travel within MMR and Pune
• Graduate in any discipline; MBA is a plus Valuable to Have
• Experience selling amenities, interiors, clubhouse services or lifestyle products to developers
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Interest in music
