Sales Telecaller Executive – Education Franchise Sales

We are a reputed education brand expanding our presence across India through a school franchise model. With a vision to deliver quality education nationwide, we are looking for enthusiastic Sales Telecaller Executives to join our growing team. Position Overview: We are hiring full-time Sales Telecaller Executivs who will play a key role in connecting with potential investors/entrepreneurs interested in starting our school franchise. This is a permanent role with 6 working days per week.

Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to potential leads and introduce them to our franchise business model.
* Explain investment requirements, benefits, and growth opportunities of the school franchise.
* Generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule follow-ups/appointments for the sales team.
* Maintain daily call records, lead status, and follow-ups in the system.
* Consistently meet and exceed weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
* Provide excellent customer experience by addressing queries and guiding prospects through the process.





Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling/telesales/inside sales (experience in education, real estate, or franchise sector preferred).
* Excellent communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and English (regional language knowledge is a plus).
* Confident, energetic, and target-driven with the ability to handle objections.
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, Google Sheets, etc.).
* Should be comfortable with a 6-day working schedule.
