Education:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Project exposure: Luxury and premium residential projects.
• Design

skills:
Space planning, concepts, material selection, detailing and 3D visualisation.
• Software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Enscape and Photoshop.
• Leadership: Should be capable of managing 3–5 designers.
• Client management: Confident in presenting designs and handling demanding clients. 2.

Key responsibilities
• Lead the complete design process from concept to final design sign-off.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into design concepts.
• Review layouts, 3D renders, working drawings and BOQs.
• Lead and mentor the design team.
• Coordinate with site execution, vendors and contractors.
• Maintain design quality, timelines and project budgets.
• Participate in key client meetings and presentations.
• Develop standard design processes and templates for the firm.
