Role Description This is a full-time remote role based out of or connected to Hyderabad for Power Platform Developers at KT2i & Aktionable AI. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform components such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse to address client-specific business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into scalable technical solutions, and integrate Power Platform applications with other enterprise systems and data sources. Daily responsibilities include configuring workflows, building custom connectors, optimizing performance, ensuring data security and governance, and preparing documentation and user guides. You will also support deployments,



troubleshoot issues, provide enhancements based on user feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of solution design standards and best practices. What you’ll do: ? Design and build business apps using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) ? Automate complex workflows with Power Automate ? Create insightful dashboards and reports in Power BI ? Work with Dataverse, SharePoint, and enterprise data sources ? Guide solution design and mentor team members Qualifications
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) and building end-to-end business solutions.
• Skills in solution design, requirements analysis, and process automation for enterprise or consulting environments.
• Proficiency in data modeling, integration using APIs or connectors, and working with Microsoft 365, Azure, or related ecosystems.
• Knowledge of application lifecycle management, testing, debugging, and performance optimization for low-code/no-code solutions.
• Ability to create clear technical documentation, user training materials, and provide ongoing support to stakeholders.
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in consulting, IT services, or AI-driven solution environments is a plus; relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400) are highly beneficial.
