Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and interactive sessions on management and business-related subjects.
• Mentor and guide students in understanding management concepts and practical applications.
• Train students in areas such as Marketing, Human Resource Management, Finance, Business Communication, and Business Studies.
• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and learning materials.
• Conduct assessments, assignments, and activities to evaluate student performance.
• Monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Support students in developing communication, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Coordinate with the academic team to ensure effective training delivery.

Qualifications:
• MBA or a relevant postgraduate degree.




• Strong knowledge of management and business-related subjects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good mentoring, teaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage students through interactive teaching methods.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Candidates with prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience will be preferred. Additional
