Tech in Civil Engineering Reporting To: Project Manager / Project Head Job SummaryWe are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to manage and supervise civil construction activities at our Solid Waste Management projects. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, contractor coordination, quality control, project monitoring, and ensuring timely completion of civil works as per approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute and supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
• Handle civil infrastructure works related to Solid Waste Management (MSW), Waste-to-Energy (WTE), waste processing plants and landfill projects.
• Supervise RCC works, foundations, excavation, structural works, industrial flooring, internal roads, drainage systems and other infrastructure activities.
• Read, interpret and execute work as per approved civil and structural drawings.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors and internal project teams for smooth execution.




• Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with approved technical specifications and standards.
• Prepare and verify BOQs, quantity estimates, measurement sheets and contractor bills.
• Monitor project progress and ensure completion of assigned activities within defined timelines.
• Ensure effective utilization of manpower, materials and construction equipment.
• Maintain daily progress reports and other project-related documentation.
• Ensure adherence to site safety standards and quality procedures. Desired Candidate Profile

Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 3–7 years of experience in civil construction and project execution.
• Candidates with experience in Solid Waste Management, Waste-to-Energy, EPC, industrial or infrastructure projects will be preferred.
• Positive knowledge of RCC structures, foundations, industrial construction and infrastructure development.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, BOQ preparation and quantity estimation.
• Strong site management, contractor coordination and execution skills.
