S. clients’ Full-Time/Direct-Hire positions. This is NOT an internal Sales, Business Development, Bench Sales, IT, or Contract Staffing role. Positions You’ll Recruit For: Sales Representatives, Account Executives, SDRs, BDRs, Business Development Managers, Territory Sales Managers, Regional Sales Managers, Account Managers, Sales Directors, VP Sales, and other commercial roles.

Key Responsibilities
• Source, screen, and submit qualified sales professionals for U.
S. client requirements.
• Handle multiple full-time/direct-hire requirements simultaneously.
• Recruit across B2B Sales, Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Account Management, and Sales Leadership.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
• Evaluate candidates’ sales experience, quota achievement, compensation expectations, and availability.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate feedback, offer negotiations, and closures.




• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and submission records in the ATS/CRM.
• Consistently deliver a minimum of 3 qualified client submissions per working day. Requirements
• Minimum 5 year of recruiting SALES Professionals experience.
• Mandatory experience in high-volume U.
S. Full time/Direct-Hire recruitment.
• Experience recruiting Sales and Business Development professionals for U.
S. clients preferred.
• Proven experience with candidate sourcing, screening, submissions, and placements.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, and passive sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume requirements and candidate calls.
• Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad during U.
