We're hiring: Human Resource Intern at Kissht Finance

Location:
Kurla, Mumbai (Hybrid) Duration:[3-6 months] Stipend: Up to ₹15,000/month

What you'll do
- Source candidates through job portals and employee referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct first-round calls
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate trackers and records
- Prepare and release offer letters
- Engage with selected candidates until their joining date What we're looking for:
- MBA/PGDM/UG (HR) or a related degree, recently completed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fundamental understanding of the recruitment process
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- A proactive learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment What you'll gain:
