Role Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Contact Representative to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on providing high-quality customer support and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities
• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
• Data entry in various platforms Qualifications




• At least 1
- 3 years' of relevant work experience
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work Salary & Benefits
• CTC: ₹25,000 – ₹38,000 per month
• Night Shift Allowance: Additional compensation for hours worked beyond 40 hours per week Perks & Facilities
