Role Description As a Penetration Tester at SecureX360, you will perform structured security assessments on applications, networks, and systems to identify vulnerabilities and misconfigurations. You will design and execute test plans, simulate real-world attack scenarios, and document findings with clear, actionable remediation guidance. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with engineering and product teams, contributing to red team exercises, and helping refine SecureX360’s AI-driven exposure management capabilities with insights from your assessments. You will also support continuous improvement of internal security processes, tools, and methodologies. This is a full-time remote role. Qualifications




• Candidates should possess strong skills in Application Security and Cybersecurity, including secure coding concepts, vulnerability assessment, and common attack vectors.
• Candidates should possess skills in Red Teaming and Penetration Testing methodologies, including threat modeling, scenario design, and offensive security tooling.
• Candidates should possess skills in Reverse Engineering and Malware Analysis, including dissecting binaries, understanding malware behavior, and analyzing exploit techniques.
• Candidates should have experience with common security frameworks and tools (e.g., OWASP, NIST, Burp Suite, Metasploit, Kali Linux, or similar).
• Candidates should demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear reports and explain complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Candidates should be comfortable working independently in a remote environment, managing multiple assessments, and collaborating across distributed teams.
• Relevant certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, GPEN, or similar are beneficial.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
