Role Description This full-time remote Service Consultant role is responsible for supporting customers who use Taxcart’s tax automation platform in their daily operations. The Service Consultant will handle customer inquiries, provide guidance on product features, and help resolve tax-related configuration or usage issues. Day-to-day activities include analyzing customer requirements, recommending best practices, documenting solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to improve service quality. The role also involves monitoring customer satisfaction, gathering feedback, and proactively identifying opportunities to optimize client use of Taxcart’s tools.



Success in this role requires a balance of customer service excellence, problem-solving, and clear communication in a work from home environment. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for interpreting customer needs, platform data, and tax-related scenarios.

• Candidates should possess Communication and Customer Service skills to respond clearly, manage expectations, and build long-term relationships.
• Familiarity with tax, finance, or SaaS platforms is beneficial, especially in global sales tax, VAT, or GST contexts.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple customer requests, and prioritize effectively.
• Experience in a client-facing role such as support, account management, or consulting is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
