• Connect with customers through inbound and outbound calls and understand their property requirements
• Be the first point of contact for customers entering the sales funnel
• Recommend suitable plans and subscription offerings based on customer needs
• Explain plan features, benefits, pricing and value proposition clearly
• Handle queries, objections and concerns with confidence
• Follow up consistently with interested customers to drive conversions
• Negotiate and convince customers to complete the purchase




• Take complete ownership of plan closure and customer enrolment
• Keep accurate customer and sales activity records in the CRM
• Work on fresh leads as well as older leads through structured follow-ups
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales and conversion targets
• Build strong customer relationships and identify upselling opportunities What we are looking for
• Any graduate or postgraduate
• Experience in inside sales, telesales, telecalling or B2C sales is preferred
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong convincing, negotiation, objection-handling and closing skills
• Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Strong follow-up and lead-management skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking
