Role Description The Clinical Implementation & Operations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for coordinating and executing the implementation of clinical workflows, tools, and processes within healthcare settings. Day-to-day activities include working with medical professionals to understand requirements, supporting the rollout of clinical protocols, and ensuring smooth operational functioning of recent systems and services. The specialist will conduct training sessions for clinical staff, monitor adherence to established procedures, and gather feedback to refine implementation strategies.



The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting processes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with clinical teams, stakeholders, and operational staff.
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine to understand clinical workflows and protocol requirements.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to develop and deliver effective sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Candidates should possess Research and Clinical Research skills to support evidence-based practices and process evaluation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a clinical operations environment.
• Experience in hospital operations, clinical coordination, or healthcare implementation roles is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in a health sciences, life sciences, medicine, nursing, or related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in basic office and documentation tools.
