About The Role
ETASHA Society’s Project AtmaNirbhar is expanding to Gurugram. We are looking for a passionate and experienced BFSI Trainer to train and guide young people in the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance sectors. The role involves delivering industry-relevant training, developing trainees’ technical knowledge and preparing them for employment opportunities in the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver training sessions on BFSI modules, including Banking Basics, Insurance Products, Mutual Funds, Financial Literacy, Customer Service and Regulatory Guidelines (KYC, AML).
• Conduct pre
- and post-training assessments to evaluate trainees’ learning outcomes.
• Create an engaging learning setting through interactive training methods.
• Maintain training records, attendance and progress reports.
• Guide trainees on career opportunities and job readiness in the BFSI sector.




• Coordinate with the placement team to support trainees in securing suitable employment. Qualifications & Experience
• Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Finance, Commerce or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in BFSI operations or training.
• Certification in BFSI training or NISM modules will be preferred. What We’re Looking For
• Strong knowledge of Banking, Financial Services and Insurance products.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Ability to connect with and train young people from diverse backgrounds.
• Good facilitation and classroom management skills.
• Ability to explain financial concepts in a simple and practical manner.
• Passion for training and supporting youth from less privileged communities. Remuneration is Rs.28, 000/
- to Rs.30, 000/
- CTC per month, depending upon skills and experience. It will include PF, ESI and other benefits as per rules. Application Process Know more
