Skilled in Money-In processes including asset transfers, enrollments, recordkeeping, account maintenance, IRA contributions, and file processing. Proficient in address verification using USPS and public record tools. Experienced in process handling, process mapping, and IGO NIGO processing standard.
• US Retirement Operations Specialist with expertise in end-to-end processing of monetary and non-monetary transactions, including enrollments, rollovers, transfers,



and account maintenance. Skilled in IGO NIGO validation, quality control, SLA adherence, compliance, query resolution, and backlog management. Experienced in process documentation, SOP maintenance process improvement initiatives and supporting high-volume
