Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Marketing & Campaign Management
• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, product launches and brand activations.
• Conduct market, audience and competitor research to identify opportunities for brand growth.
• Coordinate marketing collaterals, emailers, broadcast messages, lookbooks and promotional campaigns. 2. Public Relations & Media Management
• Coordinate press outreach, media relations, editorial placements, brand features and publicity initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with fashion editors, journalists, publications and industry stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing press releases, media pitches, brand profiles and PR communication.
• Track media coverage, brand mentions and publicity opportunities. 3. Social Media Strategy & Management




• Develop and manage content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook and YouTube.
• Manage content scheduling, publishing, captions, hashtags and platform-specific communication.
• Monitor audience engagement, comments, DMs and brand mentions while maintaining the brand's tone and positioning.
• Track platform trends, competitor activity and content performance to identify growth opportunities. 4. Content Creation & Creative Production
• Conceptualise and create content through photography, videography, reels and other digital formats.
• Develop mood boards and creative concepts for campaigns, lookbooks, collaborations and shoots.
• Coordinate shoot planning, locations, photographers, production teams, models and external vendors.
• Ensure visual consistency across all digital platforms and marketing collaterals. 5. Founder Branding & Collaborations
• Assist in developing content and communication for the Founder's personal platforms, interviews and thought leadership.
• Research and coordinate collaborations with influencers, stylists, celebrities, personal shoppers and industry partners.
• Maintain relevant databases, outreach records and collaboration trackers. 6. Events & Brand Activations
• Assist in planning and executing brand events, launches, pop-ups and fashion presentations.
• Coordinate invitations, guest outreach, media and influencer engagement, event communication and post-event coverage. 7. Analytics & Performance Reporting
• Track social media metrics, campaign performance, media coverage and engagement.
• Prepare periodic reports and recommend improvements based on performance insights.
• Monitor industry trends, audience sentiment and competitor activities to identify relevant opportunities. 8. Marketing & PR Coordination
• Support the day-to-day execution of Marketing, PR and Social Media activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution and consistent brand communication.
• Maintain campaign trackers, content calendars, media databases and marketing documentation.
