Outbound Sales Caller — North American Small Businesses (Remote

· Commission only) Winwire Business Solutions is the India arm of Winwire International Inc, a Canadian company. We give small businesses in Canada and the United States an AI receptionist that answers their phone day and night, plus websites and done-for-you outreach. You'll call those businesses and introduce them to it. The role You call local business owners in Canada and the US (auto shops, trades, clinics, restaurants and more) from our sales board in your browser. You find out how they handle calls today and book a live demo with our Canadian team, or close the sale yourself. Prospects can call our demo line and hear the receptionist answer as their own business, so the product does much of the convincing. What you get
• Everything supplied at no cost: the calling line (no personal phone bills), lead lists, call scripts, a research note on each business before you dial, recorded demo calls and a sales app that also runs on your phone.
• Leads with a reason to call: businesses that show a real need, like reviews about unanswered calls.
• Hot leads first: when a business replies to our email or tries our demo line, it goes to the top of your list.
• Training and coaching from our Sales Head. How pay works
• 10% of the net revenue of every sale closed from your calls. A sale is the client's first payment. Net revenue is what the client paid, minus tax, refunds and the direct cost of delivering it.
• Our services are sold in Canadian and US dollars, so each sale is worth real money.




• Commission can be invoiced 30 days after the client pays (their money-back window). You create the invoice in the app, and it's paid by bank transfer within 15 business days.
• No cap on earnings.
• This is performance based, with no fixed salary. We say so up front so there are no surprises. Your hours
• We call businesses only in their own

working hours
(9 a.m. to 7 p.m. their time on weekdays). In India that means evening and night: roughly 7:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. IST for Canada and the US East Coast, later for the West Coast.
• Fully remote and non-exclusive. You choose your shifts inside that window; no minimum hours. Who you are
• Transparent, confident spoken English and comfortable speaking with North American business owners.
• Experience in international voice process, BPO sales, telesales or appointment setting.
• You take "no" well and never push someone who's asked you to stop.
• Honest: you'd never promise something we can't deliver. Requirements
• A laptop or computer with a reliable broadband connection (and a backup), a noise-cancelling headset, and a quiet place to call from.
• Comfortable working nights IST. The details
• Independent contractor agreement, 12 months, with a review every 6 months. Either side can end it with 14 days' notice.
• Standard confidentiality and non-solicitation terms.
• We never charge any fee to join, for training or for equipment.
