Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at the Birla Fertility & IVF center in Varanasi. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring smooth patient flow, effective use of facilities, and adherence to clinical and service quality standards.

Key responsibilities
include coordinating administrative processes, supervising non-clinical staff, managing scheduling and resource allocation, and monitoring operational performance metrics. The Operations Manager collaborates closely with medical, nursing, and counseling teams to support seamless patient experiences, transparent communication,



and compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines. The role also involves handling vendor relationships, supporting budgeting and cost control, responding to operational issues in real time, and driving continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the organization’s vision of compassionate, reliable fertility care. Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability in operations management, clinic or hospital administration, and day-to-day facility oversight.
• Strong skills in team leadership, staff supervision, performance management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Competence in process optimization, workflow design, and continuous improvement of patient and operational journeys.
• Experience with scheduling, resource planning, and basic financial acumen related to budgeting and cost control.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to foster a patient-centered environment.
• Comfort with data analysis, reporting, and use of digital tools or healthcare information systems to track operational metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, hospital administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
• Prior experience in healthcare operations, fertility or IVF centers, or multispecialty clinics is strongly preferred.
• Capacity to work on-site in Varanasi, handle high-pressure situations, and maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
