Role Description The Vice President of Operational Excellence is a full time, remote role responsible for leading enterprise-wide initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, and performance across JCB’s operations. This role oversees the design and implementation of operational excellence frameworks, including lean methodologies, continuous improvement programs, and standardized processes for manufacturing and supply chain functions. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with senior leadership to define improvement priorities, analyzing operational data, setting performance targets, and leading cross-functional teams to execute transformation projects. The Vice President will mentor leaders across operations,



develop training programs to build continuous improvement capabilities, and ensure that best practices are embedded into daily workflows. This role also collaborates closely with finance, technology, and business unit leaders to align operational improvements with strategic objectives, customer commitments, and long-term growth plans. Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Manufacturing Operations and Manufacturing Operations Management, with a proven record of improving plant performance and production efficiency.
- Deep experience in Operational Excellence and Operations Management, including leading continuous improvement, lean, or Six Sigma programs at scale.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management, with the ability to optimize end-to-end processes, inventory strategies, and logistics performance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence senior stakeholders, and drive change in complex, global organizations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills, including experience with operational metrics and performance dashboards.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical and process concepts into clear actions for diverse audiences.
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or equipment-related industries is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
