Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, and retention.
- Handle labour management, and employee grievance resolution.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory regulations, and factory-related legal requirements.
- Manage compensation and perks, payroll coordination, and HR policies.
- Handle contract labour management, workforce planning, and liaison with labour authorities.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee welfare initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
- Handle disciplinary actions, legal matters, audits, and statutory documentation. Preferred candidate profile
- MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant qualification.
- 2-12 years of experience in HR/IR, preferably in the IT industry.
- Have good experience in staff selection and monitoring
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong legal and compliance expertise with the ability to handle sensitive IR matters independently.
