Role Description The Center Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Aurangabad, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the training and hiring center. This role includes managing staffing activities, coordinating recruitment drives, and ensuring effective execution of training programs aligned with CertED Technologies’ service standards. The Center Manager will monitor service quality, handle participant and client inquiries, and maintain accurate records and reports on center performance. The role involves leading and supporting the center team,



optimizing schedules and resources, and collaborating with corporate and institutional partners to meet hiring and training targets. The Center Manager will also contribute to process improvements and support promotional and outreach activities to increase center engagement. Qualifications

- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients, partners, learners, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Service Quality skills to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of training and hiring services.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills to coordinate and support corporate and technical training programs.
- Proven experience in center management, operations, or education/training centers is preferred.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and time management.
- Leadership skills to supervise staff, drive performance, and maintain a collaborative work environment.
- Comfort with using digital tools, MS Office, and basic reporting dashboards for data tracking and documentation.
- Graduate degree in business, management, education, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
