Position: Technical Project/Program Manager

Experience:
7+ Years We are looking for a Technical Project/Program Manager with excellent project management skills. Ideal candidate would also have:
- Background / experience in Agile scrum
- Background / experience in supporting technical projects
- Knowledge of software development processes and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- experience managing data engineering, analytics, or business intelligence projects.
- Solid background in data engineering, with experience in building and managing data pipelines (e.g., ETL processes, data warehousing, etc.).
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data architecture, data governance, and data security best practices.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
• Knowledge of SQL, data warehousing concepts, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus.




- Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus.

- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with data modeling techniques and data visualization best practices.
- Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Experience with other analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Scrum experience, or experience in a software development team in a program/project management role
- Excellent project management and communication skills
