Role Description The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer is a full-time remote role responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and quality of PInterview’s online platform and related services. This role involves designing and executing comprehensive test plans, developing test cases, and performing manual and exploratory testing across web and mobile features. The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and UX designers to identify defects, validate fixes, and ensure smooth releases. Daily tasks include reviewing requirements, setting quality standards, documenting test results, analyzing root causes of issues,



and recommending improvements to enhance user experience and platform stability. The role also includes mentoring other QA team members, contributing to process optimization, and advocating for best practices in software testing and quality assurance. Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Quality Assurance and Software Testing skills, with experience defining and maintaining QA processes.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Manual Testing and Test Execution for web and mobile applications.
- Candidates should possess the ability to design, document, and maintain detailed Test Cases aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Candidates should possess experience with defect tracking tools, test management systems, and regression testing practices.
- Experience with automation testing frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD environments is preferred.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and several years of progressive QA experience in software or SaaS products.
