Help schools get started with EDII. EDII is hiring one confident, thoughtful communicator to connect with schools, introduce our school platform and help interested schools through onboarding. If you enjoy speaking with people, listening carefully and following through, we’d love to hear from you. THE ROLE
• Call schools and speak professionally with principals, owners and school teams.
• Understand their needs and introduce EDII clearly and accurately.
• Handle questions and objections with patience and respect.
• Follow up on leads, coordinate product demos and help interested schools through the onboarding process.
• Keep explicit records of conversations, follow-ups and next steps.
• Plan calls and demos around school availability. WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED
• Clear verbal communication and strong listening skills.
• A polite, persistent approach to follow-ups.
• Reliability, organisation and the ability to work independently from home.
• A suitable setup for clear calls and reliable internet access.
• Telecalling, customer service,



sales or school-onboarding experience is helpful. PAY & WORK ARRANGEMENT
• Fixed pay: ₹10,000 per month for the coming year.
• Always 100% remote — work from home throughout.
• We’re looking for someone who can work with us over the coming year; this is not a binding 12-month commitment.
• Performance will be reviewed monthly. Good, consistent performance is expected, and continuation depends on performance.
• Salary may be revised based on good performance. Any revision will be discussed and confirmed separately; an increase is not guaranteed.
