Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage civil projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare detailed project reports including status updates, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle. Desired Candidate Profile
- 10-15 years of experience in civil engineering or construction management.
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (ITI).
- Robust understanding of building construction processes and procedures.
- Proficiency in Quantity Estimation, Labour Control, Contractor Billing, Bar Bending Schedule preparation.
