Job Description

- Handle customer queries and provide support regarding Airtel services.
- Assist customers with new connections, recharges, plan upgrades and service requests.
- Explain Airtel products, offers and available plans to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers for pending requests and service issues.
- Promote additional Airtel services and generate sales opportunities.
- Maintain customer records and update daily activity reports.
- Achieve customer service and sales targets. Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: 12th / Diploma / Any Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Age:



18–30 years (as per company requirements).
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work in a customer-facing environment. Required

Skills:
