Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar Notice Period: Immediate Joining or 1 Month Notice Period Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and adaptable Graphic Designer to create compelling visual assets for two of our core entities: Vikash Residential School and Vikash Eco Resort Pvt. Ltd.. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the creative flexibility to develop designs that align with different distinct brand identities. You will be responsible for producing high-quality visuals for digital and print channels that capture the essence of each brand, engage our target audiences, and support our marketing objectives. Responsibilities:

- Conceptualise and create a wide range of visual assets, including social media graphics, digital ad creatives, website banners, email templates, brochures, flyers, event branding, and presentations.
- Maintain and enforce the visual guidelines for different organizational entities, ensuring brand consistency and integrity across all materials.
- Design visually appealing assets optimised for various platforms, from social media and websites to print collateral and on-site signage.
- Work in close partnership with Content Team and Performance Marketing Team to create cohesive and high-performing marketing campaigns.




- Manage the design process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
- Prepare final design files for both digital and print production, liaising with vendors and printers as needed.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our visual communication remains fresh and effective. Relevant Work

Experience:

- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in a graphic design role.
- Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- A strong foundation in typography, colour theory, layout, and composition.
- The ability to switch between different brand aesthetics and produce high-quality work in multiple styles.
- An exceptional eye for detail and a commitment to producing pixel-perfect, error-free work.
- Ability to clearly articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with non-design team members.
- Familiarity with and ability to utilise AI image generation platforms and tools to enhance efficiency, explore creative possibilities, and produce creative visual content. Required

Qualifications:

- A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
- A strong and varied portfolio of design work is mandatory for consideration. Pay: ₹25,000.00
- ₹35,000.00 per month Work
