Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Department: Human Resources Job Summary We are looking for a responsible and proactive HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, attendance, and HR operations for our growing home healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Hiring
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates.
- Recruit nurses, nursing supervisors, visiting doctors, marketing, and administrative staff.
- Employee Onboarding
- Handle joining formalities and documentation.
- Verify educational certificates and experience documents.
- Maintain employee records and personal files.
- HR Operations
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, and shift schedules.
- Coordinate staff requirements with the operations team.
- Maintain HR reports and recruitment trackers.




- Handle employee queries and support staff management.
- Employee Coordination
- Maintain good relationships with employees.
- Coordinate staff availability and replacements.
- Support employee engagement and retention activities. Qualification
- Any Degree / MBA HR preferred.
- 1–2 years of HR experience preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply. Required Skills
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Basic MS Excel and documentation skills.
- Candidate sourcing and interview coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
