We are looking for a target-driven Business Development Manager to scale our business, lead the sales team and deliver consistent revenue outcomes. The BDM will own sales targets, build the pipeline and drive the team to achieve monthly goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute business development strategies to grow revenue, enrolments and market reach.
- Lead, train and motivate the Business Development Associates (interns) to achieve individual and team targets.
- Set daily, weekly and monthly targets, and monitor team performance through regular reviews.
- Handle lead conversion, including counselling prospects, conducting demos and closing deals.
- Identify current business opportunities such as B2B tie-ups, college partnerships, corporate training and channel partners.
- Manage the sales pipeline and CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate data.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports and performance dashboards for management.




- Coordinate with the marketing team on lead quality and campaign feedback. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any discipline; MBA in Marketing or Sales preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in business development or sales, with at least 1 year leading a team.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion and closing skills.
- Excellent communication in English; Telugu and Hindi are an added advantage.
- Experience using CRM tools and preparing sales reports. Preferred Skills
- Experience in EdTech, training or IT services sales.
- Existing network with colleges, corporates or institutions in Hyderabad.
- Ability to build sales processes and scripts for a growing team.
