Kurla, Mumbai Job Summary We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the Trading Support Team with mandatory experience in the Capital Market / Stock Broking domain. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in the capital market industry and possess any one of the following certifications:
- NISM Series VIII Equity Derivatives Certification
- NISM Series V Mutual Fund Distributors Certification
- NISM Series 12 Candidates should have good communication skills, knowledge of trading operations, and the ability to handle customer queries related to trading, demat accounts, and stock market operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to trading and capital market services.
- Assist customers with queries related to equity, derivatives, trading accounts, and stock market operations.
- Resolve customer queries related to order placement, order status, trade execution, and trading platforms.
- Provide basic support for demat accounts, holdings, funds, and transaction-related queries.




- Coordinate with internal trading, operations, and technical teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer complaints and queries.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and adhere to defined SLAs. Mandatory Requirements 1. Minimum 14 years of overall work experience. 2. At least 1 year of mandatory experience in the Capital Market / Stock Broking domain. 3. Must possess any ONE of the following valid NISM certifications:
- NISM Series VIII Equity Derivatives
- NISM Series V Mutual Fund Distributors
- NISM Series 12 1. Good verbal communication skills. 2. Basic understanding of trading, equity, derivatives, and stock market operations. 3. Willingness to work from the Kurla office, Mumbai. Salary & Advantages
- Maximum 30,000 per month (In-Hand).
- 5 working days a week.
- Saturday and Sunday fixed weekly offs.
