About the Role
SkillOrbit Academy is looking for a proactive and result-orientated placement officer with strong corporate connections to drive student placements and build partnerships with IT companies. Candidates must have an existing network of at least 200 HR professionals or hiring managers. Work Details:

- Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday fixed off)

Key Responsibilities

- 5+ years of experience in IT Placements, Corporate Relations, Campus Recruitment or IT Staffing.
- Existing network of 200+ HR professionals / Hiring Managers / IT Companies (Mandatory).
- Identify job openings in Full Stack Development, Data Analytics, Software Testing, Cloud Computing, DevOps, Salesforce, and other IT domains.
- Develop corporate partnerships through LinkedIn and direct employer outreach.
- Coordinate interviews, recruitment drives, and candidate submissions.




- Guide students through the placement process and track their progress.
- Follow up on interview results, offers, and joining status.
- Maintain placement records and work towards monthly targets. Required Qualifications &

Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in placement coordination, corporate relations, campus recruitment, or IT staffing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
- Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or Marketing is preferred. Benefits & Perks:
