Role Description The Store Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Habra-II, responsible for managing day-to-day store operations and inventory control. This includes receiving and issuing materials, maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating with procurement and project teams to ensure timely material availability. The role involves organizing and labeling inventory, conducting regular stock audits,



and ensuring proper storage and safety of materials and equipment. The Store Executive will handle documentation, generate reports, support basic billing and inward/outward entry, and assist in maintaining compliance with company procedures. The role also requires effective communication with internal stakeholders, vendors, and site teams to support smooth project execution. Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Experience in retail or store operations, including inventory handling, stock management, and basic documentation.
- Sales and commerce knowledge to support material planning, basic costing, and coordination with procurement.
- Attention to detail, numeracy skills, and proficiency in using inventory or ERP software and MS Office tools.
- Prior experience in construction, engineering, or industrial store management is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, manage physical stock, and follow safety and compliance standards.
- Minimum of a commerce or business-related diploma/degree, or equivalent practical experience in store or inventory management.
