Job Description
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic MBA graduate to join our HR team as an intern. In this role, you will assist with a variety of HR tasks, including recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced HR professionals and gain valuable hands-on experience in the field.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening resumes & calling candidates.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
- Help organize and coordinate training programs and employee engagement activities.
- Assist in HR administrative tasks, including documentation and filing.




- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide support in employee relations and resolving basic HR-related issues.
- Assist in data entry and analysis for HR metrics and reports.
- Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by the HR team.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of HR.

Job Type
s: Full time, Internship Contract length: 6 months Work
