Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering (Preferred) or Diploma in Architecture Role Overview: We are looking for a Billing & Estimation Engineer (Civil) for an office-based technical role located at DLF Corporate Greens, Gurgaon. You will handle quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and backend project processing using our contractor management software (Buildwell). Note: This is a 100% office-based role (Non-Site).

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, audit, and process detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimations, and material take-offs from structural and architectural drawings.
- Operate Buildwell software to manage backend contractor data, verify project billing, and process quantity inputs.
- Perform rate analysis,



measurement checks, and item descriptions for active contractor projects.
- Coordinate virtually with project stakeholders and contractors to resolve estimation or billing discrepancies.
- Maintain structured digital records of estimation files, software reports, and project billing documentation. Key
