We are looking for someone with robust site execution capabilities, a keen eye for quality, and the ability to keep construction activities aligned with project schedules and cost objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✅ Site Execution & Quality: Supervise day-to-day civil works, ensuring compliance with approved engineering drawings, technical standards, and project requirements. ✅ Planning & Progress Control: Track construction milestones, assess schedule performance, and drive timely completion of planned activities. ✅ Team & Contractor Coordination: Work closely with contractors, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth execution and effective work sequencing. ✅ Resource Management: Monitor labour deployment, material availability, equipment utilization, and work-front readiness. ✅ Measurement & Billing:



Cross-check executed quantities and assess contractor bills against actual site progress, BOQ, and approved project documentation. ✅ Quality Assurance: Inspect construction materials and workmanship, identify deviations, and ensure timely resolution of site-level issues. ✅ Project Reporting & MIS: Maintain Excel-based progress trackers, performance indicators, risk registers, and delay-monitoring records. ✅ Daily & Weekly Reviews: Prepare structured site progress reports, document constraints and action points, and present updates during project review meetings. Pay: ₹200.00
