* 1)
- Manage ERPNext system and resolve daily user issues 2)
- Automate workflows using ERPNext scripts, reports & dashboards 3)
- Use AI tools and MCP integrations for automation, reporting & troubleshooting 4)
- Understand and improve processes across Production, Quality, Stores, Dispatch, Accounts, HR & other departments 5)
- Manage user training, SOPs, data quality & permissions **KEY REQUIREMENTS*
* 1)




- 2–5 years of hands-on ERPNext / Frappe experience (v14/v15 preferred) 2)
- Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, SQL & REST APIs 3)
- Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT / Claude; interest in MCP & agent-based automation 4)
- Manufacturing process knowledge is a strong plus 5)
