Noida, Uttar Pradesh Work Mode: 5 Days Onsite (Monday to Friday) Shift: US Shift (Night Shift) Industry: US IT Staffing & Recruitment Job Overview We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic entry-level Technical Recruiters to join our US IT Staffing team. The candidate should have a technical educational background, excellent English communication skills, and the confidence to communicate with US-based candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand job requirements and technical skills required for various IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills and job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess communication skills.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and US-based clients.
- Negotiate pay rates and compensation with candidates.
- Draft professional emails and communicate effectively with candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.




- Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment activity reports. Eligibility & Requirements
- Freshers and entry-level candidates are welcome.
- Must have a technical educational background, preferably B.
Tech, BCA, MCA, B.
Sc. IT, or Computer Science / Information Technology-related graduation.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with US-based candidates and clients.
- Good negotiation, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be comfortable with extensive calling and candidate follow-ups.
- Ability to draft professional emails.
- Comfortable working in the US night shift.
- Willingness to learn US IT technologies, job requirements, and recruitment processes.
