Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gandhinagar for an Account Manager, MIS Executive, Business Development Manager (BDM), and Purchase Head. The Account Manager will maintain client relationships, manage key accounts, handle order processing, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely resolution of customer queries. The MIS Executive will collect, manage, and analyze data, prepare regular reports and dashboards, support decision-making with accurate information, and maintain MIS tools and systems. The BDM will identify new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, build partnerships with brands and vendors, conduct market research, and work towards achieving revenue and growth targets.



The Purchase Head will oversee procurement operations, manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing and contracts, monitor inventory and stock levels, and ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of products. All roles are expected to collaborate closely, follow company policies, and support continuous improvement in processes and customer experience. Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, including data interpretation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Candidates should possess Management Information Systems (MIS) and Data Analytics skills to manage reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Candidates should possess Finance-related skills, such as budgeting, cost control, and understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Candidates should possess Information Technology skills to work effectively with retail systems, ERP solutions, and standard office software.
- Relevant experience in retail, electronics, or FMCG sectors, particularly in account management, business development, MIS, or procurement.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Proven organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, IT, or a related field is preferred; professional
