Role Description The Software Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain software features that power SaathApp’s core platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean and efficient code, implementing back-end services and APIs, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with product and design teams to refine requirements. The role will also involve code reviews, performance optimization, and contributing to technical documentation and best practices. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bihar Sharif, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.



Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
- Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience building and maintaining production-quality applications.
- Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and their application in modern software architectures.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to write clear, maintainable code and participate actively in code reviews.
- Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, or modern deployment practices is a plus.
