7–12+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Brand Leasing & Business Development Job Summary: Vacanza Developers is looking for an experienced Brand Leasing Head who can acquire and onboard reputed national, regional and local brands for its commercial projects. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential brands, connecting with brand expansion teams, negotiating leasing terms, and onboarding retailers, restaurants, cafes, showrooms and franchise operators.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and onboard national, regional and local brands for commercial projects.
- Connect with brand owners, franchise owners, expansion heads and leasing heads.
- Develop relationships with retail brands, franchise operators and leasing consultants.
- Identify brands from categories such as Fashion, Jewellery, Electronics, Food & Beverage, QSR, Supermarkets, Fitness and Lifestyle.




- Prepare brand acquisition strategies and leasing proposals.
- Negotiate rental terms, security deposits, lock-in periods, and lease agreements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Maintain a database of prospective brands and leasing opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual brand onboarding targets.
- Coordinate with Legal, Marketing and Project teams. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

- 7–12+ years of experience in Retail Leasing, Mall Leasing, Commercial Real Estate, or Brand Expansion.
- Strong network with national and regional brands.
- Experience in brand acquisition and tenant onboarding.
- Knowledge of commercial leasing and rental negotiations.
- Excellent networking, communication and negotiation skills.
- Robust business development and relationship management capabilities. Pay: ₹30,000.00
- ₹50,000.00 per month Work
