Standard Setting: Create and update quality procedures, specifications, and safety guidelines in line with industry regulations (such as ISO) Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and schedule QA staff, inspectors, or testers. Testing & Monitoring: Plan and oversee product testing, inspections, and data analysis to spot defects or gaps early. Audit Management: Lead internal and external regulatory audits and document performance metrics.
