Role Description The Higher Ed Team Lead is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing and growing Skillofy_AI’s higher education programs and partnerships. This role involves managing relationships with universities and colleges, coordinating program delivery, and ensuring a high-quality learner experience across tech and non-tech offerings. The Higher Ed Team Lead will collaborate with mentors, instructors, and internal teams to design and refine curricula, align programs with industry needs, and track key performance metrics such as enrollment, completion, and learner outcomes.



Daily responsibilities include leading a small team, organizing live sessions and cohorts, optimizing operational workflows, and providing data-driven insights to improve program effectiveness. The role also includes contributing to strategic initiatives in career transformation, supporting marketing and outreach campaigns, and representing Skillofy_AI in academic and industry forums. Qualifications
- Experience in higher education or edtech, including program management, academic coordination, or institutional partnerships.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mentor, motivate, and guide cross-functional teams.
- Background in curriculum development or instructional design, with an understanding of both technical and non-technical learning paths.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for working with faculty, administrators, mentors, and learners.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, including using analytics to track program performance and learner outcomes.
- Comfort with remote collaboration tools, project management platforms, and online learning technologies.
- Familiarity with AI, technology education, or emerging tech domains is highly beneficial; exposure to product or program management is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in education management or edtech are advantageous.
