We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Social Media Manager Intern who understands social media platforms, stays updated with digital trends, and can contribute to content creation and social media management. Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and support social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Plan and assist in executing social media content calendars.
- Research social media trends, trending formats, hashtags, and relevant industry topics.
- Write engaging captions, post copy, content ideas, and other social media content.
- Create graphics and visual content for social media platforms.
- Edit short-form videos, reels, and other video content.
- Assist in maintaining brand consistency across social media channels.
- Monitor post performance, engagement, and basic social media analytics.
- Stay updated with platform updates, audience behaviour, and emerging content trends.
- Explore and use AI tools to support content research, ideation, writing, design, and productivity.
- Each intern will be assigned a maximum of 3 client accounts, allowing them to gain diverse, hands-on experience across different projects, explore various aspects of social media marketing,



and develop a broader skill set rather than spending their time on repetitive tasks. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic understanding of Social Media Marketing (SMM) and social media management.
- A certification in Social Media Marketing is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Basic content writing and copywriting skills.
- Working knowledge of graphic design tools.
- Basic video editing skills, especially for reels and short-form videos.
- Familiarity with social media trends, content formats, and platform algorithms.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI-powered content or creative tools.
- Good communication, creativity, time management, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work independently in a remote workplace. Additional Advantage: Knowledge of other social media platforms, scheduling tools, analytics tools, or advanced design and video editing software will be considered a plus. Internship Duration & Stipend
- Internship Duration: 3 months.
- Total Stipend for the Entire 3-Month Internship: ₹21,000 (One-Time Payment).
- The ₹21,000 is the total stipend for all three months combined, NOT a monthly stipend.
- No monthly payments or monthly stipends will be provided during the internship.




- The full ₹21,000 will be paid only after successful completion of the entire 3-month internship, irrespective of performance.
- Confirmation for a continued role after the internship will depend on performance, skills, consistency, and overall contribution. Work Schedule & Location

- Full-Time Commitment: This is a full-time remote internship, not a part-time, freelance, or flexible-hours opportunity.
- Availability: Interns must be available and dedicated to work throughout the designated

working hours
(Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
- Meetings & Client Communication: Interns must be available to attend internal team meetings, client meetings, and discussions through Google Meet. Occasional video calls may also be required.
- Required Equipment: Candidates must have their own working laptop or computer and a stable internet connection.
- Internet Reimbursement: Internet expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of a valid payment receipt or bill, subject to verification. Interested candidates can apply with their updated resume, SMM certification, and relevant work samples or portfolio (if available). Pay: ₹7,000.00 per month
