Position: City RO Water Purifier Trainer (Technician Training)

Bangalore

Key responsibilities

- Run induction training for new technicians on RO water purifier basics, installation, servicing and safety standards
- Conduct refresher and skill-upgrade training for existing field technicians on advanced troubleshooting, new models and service quality
- Provide hands-on and on-field training, including joint visits with field technicians
- Evaluate technician skills before and after training and track improvement
- Prepare and share regular training reports with management Required qualifications and

skills:
- Strong hands-on knowledge of RO water purifiers.
- Positive report-making skills, including training reports, attendance and technician performance tracking.
- Commanding presence and bold, confident communication, able to lead and guide technician teams
- Fluent in Kannada, Tamil, English, Telugu and Hindi
- Prior experience as a trainer or senior technician in the water purifier industry preferred
