Job Description
Sitare Villas, a premium luxury villa property in Ooty comprising three private villas, is looking for a hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across our guest rooms, villas, and common areas, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and common spaces.
- Change bedsheets, pillow covers, towels, and other linens according to housekeeping standards.
- Ensure all rooms are properly cleaned, organised, and ready before guest check-in.
- Perform daily housekeeping and deep cleaning whenever required.
- Maintain cleanliness of furniture, windows, floors, and other surfaces.
- Replenish toiletries, towels, and guest amenities.
- Assist with laundry, linen management, and housekeeping supplies.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness of outdoor seating areas and villa surroundings.




- Assist guests with basic housekeeping requests in a polite and qualified manner.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and property cleanliness standards. Requirements
- Previous housekeeping experience in hotels, resorts, homestays, or luxury villas is preferred.
- Freshers willing to learn may also apply.
- Good attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Physically fit and capable of performing housekeeping duties.
- Punctual, disciplined, honest, and responsible.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays according to the duty roster.
- Basic Tamil communication skills required; English or Hindi is an added advantage.
