Location:

Experience:
6 Months – 2 Years Department: Human Resources

Salary:
As per Market Standards Preferred Industry: Transportation / Logistics / Fleet Management Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, attendance management, and HR documentation. Candidates with prior experience in the Transportation or Logistics industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interview scheduling.
- Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, and induction processes.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and shift management.
- Coordinate with employees and department heads to address HR-related queries.
- Assist in payroll processing, salary inputs, and monthly attendance reports.




- Handle employee engagement activities and support employee relations.
- Manage employee exit formalities and full & final settlement coordination.
- Ensure timely completion of HR documentation and statutory records.
- Coordinate with operations and transportation teams for manpower requirements.
- Support HR policies, procedures, and employee discipline. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA / PGDM in HR will be an added advantage. Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Positive coordination and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple HR activities efficiently.
- Knowledge of payroll and attendance management. Pay: ₹15,000.00
- ₹25,000.00 per month
