Role Description The Senior Manager Banking role is a full-time, on-site position based in West Bengal, India. The role involves overseeing branch or business unit operations, managing banking products and services, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include monitoring financial performance, analyzing portfolios, guiding teams on sales and service targets, and enhancing customer experience through efficient relationship management.



The Senior Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, optimize processes, manage risks, and support strategic initiatives aligned with the bank’s objectives. This role also includes mentoring team members, preparing management reports, and contributing to continuous improvement in banking operations and service quality. Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, assess risk, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Solid knowledge of Finance and Financial Services, including banking products, regulatory norms, and market practices.
- Competence in Accounting and Auditing to review financial records, ensure accuracy, and maintain compliance with standards.
- Proven leadership and people management abilities, with experience in guiding teams toward sales, service, and operational goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management and building long-term customer relationships.
- Ability to work on-site in West Bengal, India, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
